Seeing as Iran has declined US medical batallions, would Iran be willing to have Kazakhstan provide 1 medical batallion, in addition to our 1 billion in aid?

+3 DP - 'Good, we managed to achieve our goals.'
+2.5% GDP Growth - 'Syria will have an important role in providing the aid.'
+0.5% RR - 'Additional income from the agreement.'

36 billion USD has been promised in aid. The money has been deducted from all those that offered aid and divided among the receipiants. Troops will be deployed, but this will be listed in an article. Syria needs to contact me in 2013, 2014 and 2015 as they will get additional GDP bonuses in those years as well.
